I have extensive training and an understanding of retirement plans. I help business owners and companies that sponsor retirement plans for their employees create a retirement program they can be proud of, and one that their employees love. My goal is to ensure the program works for your organization and staff and to make sure employees are educated and able to participate. My aim is to help your employees achieve financial security by ensuring their needs are met. I also assist your company in managing the plan on an ongoing basis, keeping you at the forefront of fiduciary best practices, and making adjustments to help the company stay on track to meet your goals. I am a proud member of NAPA (National Association of Plan Advisors) and hold the title of Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor. Outside of corporate retirement plans, I also work closely with individuals and their families, developing financial plans tailored to your personal dreams. My approach is to simplify the process while always prioritizing clients' needs. My family is also very important to me. My wife, Meredith, and I are blessed with four lovely children who keep us on our toes. I am active in my community and involved as a member of the Lancaster Chamber’s Men’s Mentor program. I am a huge music fan, and Pearl Jam is my favorite band. A fun fact about me is that I have seen the band 58 times all over the United States.
